  • Diversified Technique- The Diversified Technique has been in use longer than any other chiropractic technique, and is still the most commonly used technique for manual spinal adjustment.
  • Flexion/Distraction Technique- The Flexion/Distraction technique is used primarily for buldging or injured discs.
  • Gonstead Technique- The Gonstead Technique is a newer chiropractic technique that relies on a very precise analysis of misalignments, which are then corrected with minimal adjustments that are specific to the area of misalignment.
  • Manual Adjusting- Manual Adjusting is a spinal adjustment technique that utilizes only the chiropractor’s hands to make adjustments. No instruments are used.
  • Motion Palpation- Motion Palpation is a diagnostic technique used to identify locations of spinal joint dysfunction by observing each joint in motion.
  • Thompson Technique- The Thompson Technique has been in use for several decades. This technique is used to reduce back pain by correcting spine and pelvis misalignments through adjustments of the leg joints.
  • Upper Cervical Technique- The Upper Cervical Technique utilizes very precise and gentle adjustments in the upper cervical vertebrae to correct spinal misalignments.
